   Single Session: $65 (1-hour personalized session)
   4-Session Package: $240 ($60/session)
   8-Session Package: $440 ($55/session)
   12-Session Package: $600 ($50/session)
*Group Training Packages (2-4 People):
   Single Group Session: $50 per person (1-hour session).
   4-Session Group Package: $180 per person ($45/session)
   8-Session Group Package: $320 per person ($40/session)
   12-Session Group Package: $420 per person ($35/session)

What's your story?

I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness, and my journey began nearly two decades ago when I first stepped into a gym. As a young man, I quickly realized that fitness is more than physical—it’s a foundation for confidence,
discipline, and a fulfilling life. Over the years, I’ve competed in bodybuilding, earning my IFBB Pro card in 2021, and have helped countless people achieve their fitness goals. My mission is to inspire others to bet on themselves and realize their full potential, both in and out of the gym.

What is your greatest fitness achievement?  

One of my proudest achievements is winning Mr. Michigan in 2018 and becoming an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. These accomplishments are a testament to years of hard work, discipline, and perseverance. But beyond the trophies, my greatest achievement is helping my clients transform their lives—whether it’s building their dream physiques, improving their health, or gaining confidence.

What motivates you? 

I’m motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Seeing clients accomplish their goals, grow stronger physically and mentally, and gain confidence inspires me every day. Personally, I’m driven by my own goals
to qualify for the Olympia and continue pushing my limits as both an athlete and a coach.

How did you develop your program?

My program is the result of years of personal experience, competitive bodybuilding, and professional certifications. It’s designed to be holistic, balancing customized workouts, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching. I take what I’ve
learned on my journey and tailor it to meet each client’s unique needs, focusing on sustainable results and long-term success.

What are your specialties?

I specialize in body transformations, fat loss, and building lean muscle. With my background as a competitive bodybuilder, I also excel in physique sculpting and strength training. Whether you’re a busy professional looking to optimize your
fitness or an athlete aiming to elevate your performance, I can create a plan tailored to your goals.

What's your training style? 

My training style is dynamic, engaging, and results driven. I focus on proper technique, progressive overload, and functional strength, ensuring clients improve safely and efficiently. I also emphasize mindset—helping clients push past self-
imposed limits and stay consistent even when challenges arise.

How do you set & track goals for clients?

I work collaboratively with clients to establish realistic, measurable goals based on their aspirations and fitness levels. Progress is tracked through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and visual assessments. Using these tools, I
provide adjustments to keep clients progressing consistently and efficiently.
