What's your story?
I am a 23-year-old student at Central Michigan University, graduating in December 2025, with my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. After graduation, I’ll be continuing my education to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I’ve always been active, but the moment that I stepped into a weight room six years ago, I discovered a passion deeper than anything I’d ever experienced. Strength training taught me the power of discipline and consistency and showed me how transformative movement can be for the body and the mind. Now, my life’s purpose is to help others experience how
powerful movement and exercise can be for improving our health, confidence, and quality of life.
powerful movement and exercise can be for improving our health, confidence, and quality of life.
What is your greatest fitness achievement?
I consider being accepted into Central’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program to be my biggest fitness achievement; a dream that became a reality through years of discipline and dedication to fitness. Falling in love with the gym inspired me to enroll in school to deepen my understanding of movement and exercise, and the discipline I developed through training carried over into my academic life. That passion completely changed the direction of my life and ultimately led to me earning a spot in a highly competitive program.
What motivates you?
Knowing how regular exercise has transformed my mind, body, and life motivates me to train others so that they can experience the same positive change. I’ve seen firsthand that movement is one of the most powerful tools for improving not just physical health, but also mental resilience and overall quality of life, and that is what I am inspired to share with every client I work with.
How did you develop your program?
My program is built on a strong foundation of formal academic education, years of personal experience, and industry-recognized credentials. The goal is to take proven exercise science principles and blend them with lessons I’ve learned firsthand to make a program that is practical, sustainable, effective, and enjoyable for each client.
What are your specialties?
I specialize in building lean muscle mass, improving body composition, correcting muscle imbalances, improving balance, and enhancing overall fitness for clients of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. No matter if you are an expecting mother looking to safely continue staying active, an older adult aiming to maintain strength and independence, or a beginner seeking guidance in the weight room, my background in exercise science allows me to design a suitable strength-training program for you.
What's your training style?
My training style is evidence-based, individualized, and supportive. I emphasize proper movement mechanics and progressive overload to help clients train safely and effectively while building confidence in the gym. I meet each client where they are and design science-backed programs that align with their goals and keep them engaged throughout the process.
How do you set & track goals for your clients?
I help clients set clear, realistic, and measurable goals based on their lifestyle, motivation, and desired results. Once we start training, progress is tracked through session logs, body composition changes, and visual and strength assessments. Check ins are held regularly to celebrate wins, determine any adjustments needed, and ensure their program continues to move them toward their goals.
Why will your services be worth it for clients?
My services reflect my passion for meeting clients where they are, using a science-based approach that challenges them to grow, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
