All of my programs are based on peer-reviewed scientific literature and data. I focus on tailoring my programs to my clients specific goals, exercise history, and lifestyle.

My main specialty is in weight-loss and lifestyle modifications. I also specialize in improving muscle strength, endurance, and cardiorespiratory fitness.

I'm a hands-on trainer who is focused on motivating and engaging my clients to be their best self.
How do you set & track goals for your clients?
I like to work with my clients to decide their own fitness and health goals. Then we work together to set a realistic timeline with progress checks throughout. I use my science background to develop a plan that is the most effective for my clients goals, while being safe and evidenced based.
