What's your story?
Hi! I am a 20-year-old student-athlete from Warren, Michigan, currently attending Central Michigan University on a full-ride softball scholarship. As a dedicated student-athlete, I bring both personal experience and professional insight into the world of athletic performance and fitness training. I’m currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Health Fitness which allows me to deepen my knowledge of physical wellbeing and performance training. Balancing the demands of collegiate athletics and academics has taught me the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking that I now apply to every client I work with. I understand firsthand what it means to show up consistently, train with purpose, and overcome physical and mental challenges and I use that same mindset to help others reach their own fitness goals. Fun fact about me, I am the oldest of five siblings, with the youngest being just 8 years old, which has taught me a lot about leadership and responsibility off the field.
What is your greatest fitness achievement?
One of my greatest fitness accomplishments is successfully balancing the demanding lifestyle of a full-time student-athlete. Managing challenging academic responsibilities while competing at the Division I level has given me a unique understanding of the mental and physical challenges that come with pursuing excellence in my fitness lifestyle. I bring that same commitment, consistency, and work ethic to every training session, qualities that clients can expect when working with me.
What motivates you?
My motivation in the gym stems from a deep commitment to achieving peak physical performance and overall wellness. I believe that when your body performs at its best, every other aspect of your life improves. This mindset drives my training philosophy and it’s something I instill in my clients.
How did you develop your program?
Every training program I design is strategically tailored to strengthen the specific muscle groups or movement patterns that align with my clients' goals. Whether it’s building functional strength, improving performance, or enhancing mobility, my programs are backed by both education and real-world athletic experience to deliver measurable results.
What are your specialties?
What sets me apart is the diverse, hands-on experience I’ve gained from working under the guidance of multiple collegiate-level strength and conditioning coaches. I combine that expert-level insight with my academic background and personal athletic experience to design sport-specific training plans that maximize performance. While I specialize in athletic development, I also work with non-athletes to create customized programs that address muscle imbalances, strength goals, or overall fitness improvements, ensuring every client receives a plan uniquely suited to their needs.

My training approach is rooted in personalization. I take the time to understand each client’s specific goals, challenges, and preferences before designing a program tailored to their needs. Open communication is key, by listening to what my clients want to improve, I’m able to build a program that delivers targeted, impactful results. This ensures that every session is both purposeful and effective.
How do you set & track goals for your clients?
Before every session, I establish clear, realistic goals with my clients and provide context behind each exercise. I believe that when clients understand why they’re doing a movement, they’re more confident and motivated to execute it. Progress is tracked regularly, and I will maintain ongoing communication to ensure each program stays aligned with the client’s evolving needs.
