What's your story?
I was born and raised in Shepherd, Michigan, the oldest of four boys. I am 21 years old and my favorite movie is "The Patriot" with Mel Gibson. I am currently attending Central Michigan University to obtain a degree in Exercise Science/Health Fitness. I also work with the Mid Michigan College Softball team providing conditioning and training for their softball season.
What is your greatest fitness achievement?
So far, benching 285 lbs weighing 170 pounds at one point.
What motivates you?
Seeing myself getting stronger and gaining some size is a big motivation for me. The ability to continue to learn and grow in this industry also motivates me.
How did you develop your program?
For my personal program, it's been a lot of trial and error. Some programs have worked better for me than others. My bench press form has also changed a lot as well as trying to find what works best for my body! For my clients programming, it would be a combination of listening to their goals and building their program accordingly.
What are your specialties?
I’d consider myself a jack of all trades. Weightlifting is definitely a specialty of mine but I also am good at running.
What's your training style?
My passion lies with strength training but it is dependent on what the client's goals are. It can be versatile.
How do you set & track goals for your clients?
I will sit down with the client and really dive into a detailed conversation about their goals and how we can achieve them together as a team. From there, every 3-6 weeks during the program I will look back on what they were lifting at the beginning versus what they are lifting now. This also applies to whatever the client wants to work on such as 1 mile run time, treadmill top sprint speed, etc. Whatever their goals are, I will keep track of how they progress over the course of

the training periodization.
Why will your services be worth it for clients?
If you want to gain muscular strength and grow both physically and mentally, my services will be worth it for you!
