What is your greatest fitness achievement?
My greatest fitness achievement so far would have to be the transformation process of going from a
bodyweight of 125 lbs to 195+ lbs.

What motivates you?
The idea of having only one body and one life. The lifelong pursuit of becoming the best version of
myself – healing and supporting others throughout the process.

How did you develop your program?
Through years of weightlifting and fitness experience, reading, a graduate level education, and

What are your specialties?
My previous experiences as a group class instructor and personal trainer as well as my current
experience as a physical therapist have taught me how to effectively adapt and meet the needs/fitness
level of any client.

How do you set & track goals for your clients?
Goal setting and tracking will vary by client. I typically will use shared electronic platform access to track
progress and address any concerns or necessary program adjustments. In-person check-ins are provided
to assess max strength, body composition and weight changes, and the overall direction of training.

Why will your services be worth it for clients?
For years I’ve held onto the dream of bridging the gap between therapy and fitness, assisting anyone
with an interest in bettering themselves. I deeply wish for the success of all my clients, both in striving
for their goals and falling in love with the process. I will utilize all of my resources to support their
growth and to get them to where they want to be.
