Born in Mt Pleasant, 53 years young, I love working out, playing sports, and
throwing darts. I play the piano and love hanging with my family and friends.

What motivates you to live a healthy lifestyle?
AGE! I want to continue doing the things I love; I have seen the effects weakness

Which group exercise classes do you teach?
Currently, I teach Body Burn on Monday & Wednesday mornings.
How do you make your exercise classes FUN?
I mix up the exercises and the structure of the class. I try to play fun, motivating
music and make sure we have a lot of laughter, after all it is a great core exercise!

While enjoying your workout is important it is just as important to have proper
form and modifications. We do not judge in my class! We keep each other accountable; we encourage each other, and we make sure you feel welcome. We have all been the new kid in class and understand it can be intimidating to walk into a class by yourself. |
How will your group exercise classes benefit individuals who join OVERALL?
You want balance at the gym, you need to lift weights, you need cardio and body
weight exercises. My classes will give you a variety of options to keep yourself
moving and if you enjoy your workouts, you are more apt to make them a
priority in your life.
