What is your greatest fitness achievement?  

My greatest fitness achievement was competing in my first bodybuilding competition at the age of 41. I earned 1st place in the Beginners division and 2nd place in Masters.

What motivates you? 

My motivation for fitness is progress and living a healthy lifestyle. As I’ve continued my fitness journey, it’s not only the physical but mental changes that motivate me to make healthy choices. As a trainer, I’m given the opportunity to help others gain the same daily motivation while reaching their goals. Fitness and nutrition have always been an important part of my life. My belief is that anything is attainable with the right mindset and positive guidance.

What's your training style? 

My training style is to see each client as a separate individual and focus on building a program designated to their goals. What works for one client, may not work for another. Open and positive communication is one way to build a program my client actually likes and will stick with. My overall goal for my client is to see results, progress physically and mentally, but most importantly develop a lifestyle that will continue beyond training.
