What's your story?

Hey there, I'm from Mt Pleasant Michigan, I'm 35 years old, I work full time and teach classes 5 days a week! I have 2 dogs, a cat and a duck that occupy any free time I have.
What motivates you to live a healthy lifestyle?
I lived an unhealthy lifestyle for a while and was constantly sick and unhappy. Once I took control of my lifestyle and
started exercising and eating right; I was not only healthier but way happier with a lot more self esteem.
Which group exercise classes do you teach?
I teach Zumba and STRONG/STRONG30. Zumba is a cardio filled dancing class and
​STRONG is a HIIT class that syncs moves to music, but does not include dancing.
How do you make your exercise classes FUN?
Zumba is inherently fun. The music, the dancing, the people. It’s all fun! STRONG is for the non dancers, but still is fun with the music and is a bit more of a challenge.

How will your exercise classes help individuals who join achieve a HEALTHY
lifestyle?
Zumba and STRONG are great cardio options that burn a lot of calories.
Both are fun ways to get that dreaded cardio in! 
How will your group exercise classes benefit individuals who join OVERALL?
​You will not leave my classes without a smile. Fun and friendly for any fitness level.
​ Like all exercise; my classes will help you tone your entire body, destress, boost
heart health, improve coordination, build endurance and improve cardiovascular
fitness. Among so much more.
