What motivates you to live a healthy lifestyle?
My motivation for fitness is prevention and health. I want to live a long, healthy life with a properly functioning body. I want to avoid doctors, procedures, and medications. I want to stay mobile and strong. I want to do everything in my power to keep my body and mind working at their best for a very long time.
Which group exercise classes do you teach?
Ab Attack; Butts and Guts; Total Body Strength; HIIT; Boot Camp; Body Burn.
How do you make your exercise classes FUN?
I always try to make the members laugh or smile in the midst of their
hard work. But honestly, I think it’s participants who make it fun. I can guarantee at
least one good laugh in every class.

How will your exercise classes help individuals who join
achieve a HEALTHY lifestyle?
achieve a HEALTHY lifestyle?
We work hard and push in our classes. Physically, members will get stronger and leaner, will gain endurance and stamina, and usually feel better
overall. Health emcompasses a lot of factors and I think participating in group fitness classes also helps with mental health. Participants will gain mental toughness and confidence, as well as find themselves surrounded by a supportive group of people working toward similar goals. We’re all in it together. |
How will your group exercise classes benefit individuals who join OVERALL?
Members will not only have a chance to work towards their health goals, but they’ll
find a community who will walk (or run, or lunge, or burpee) alongside them.
