I'm originally from Cadillac. 35 years old. I enjoy reading, hiking, and being on the water. My favorite food is venison.
What motivates you to live a healthy lifestyle?
Honestly, my friends. I enjoy being a
leader and when my friends want to be healthy, I like helping them along the way
by leading by example.

Which group exercise classes do you teach?
Cardio drumming, HIIT, HIIPI, and Barre!
How do you make your exercise classes FUN?
I think music is an important part of our workouts. We also have a wonderful group of people that are very supportive of one another which makes for a very positive environment. I would say if you want to let loose

Other than the exercise itself, you will meet an amazing group of people who will support you and help hold you accountable on the healthy changes you would like to make.
How will your group exercise classes benefit individuals who join OVERALL?
It will drastically change your mental and physical health. This is such a positive atmosphere, I think it almost helps my mental health more than my physical health.
I always leave the gym feeling great and knowing that I can conquer the challenges that are ahead of me. |
