Placing 3rd at the Natural Olympia in Women’s Physique Division.
What motivates you?
The pursuit of being different and being the best version of myself I can be. I was only given one chance at life so I’m trying to make the most of it.
How did you develop your program?
From listening to, learning from, and implementing advice from coaches I’ve had throughout my years as a Division I track athlete and as a professional women’s physique competitor. I have also done my own research through credible sources such as PubMed and NASM.
What are your specialties?
I am comfortable training any clients looking to partake in resistance training (weightlifting), whether it be for weight loss, strength gains, or hypertrophy. The group I am most comfortable training are competitive bodybuilders or those looking to gain muscle/make aesthetic improvements to their body.
What's your training style?
My training style is whatever is going to be best for my client based off my assessments, their fitness history, and their goals.
How do you set & track goals for clients?
It would be different for each client based off their goals. If the goal are aesthetic I would do weekly check-ins through taking weight measurements, body composition measurements, and photos. If my client is training for strength I would have them track their working sets and their personal records in a notebook or electronic device. In regards to goal setting, I want a large, yet attainable goal for my clients to shoot for and multiple smaller attainable goals to shoot for along the way.
Why will your services be worth it for clients?
I deeply want each and every client to succeed in reaching whatever their goals are, and my education and experience allow me to guide them towards reaching those goals.
